How can I tell if a particular journal is "Peer Reviewed" or "Refereed"? I have the title of the journal.

Go to the Database Pages under the letter "U" to find Ulrichsweb: Screen shot of the listing for Ulrichsweb on the Databases Pages

Look up your journal in Ulrichsweb; Type in the title, and click the green search icon.

If you get no results, change to the advanced search and try a more refined search.

On the results page, look over the choices for the appropriate title; The open book icon means that the title is "refereed" (peer reviewed). You can also click on the title of the journal to see the details about the title. screen shot from Urichsweb showing search results listing
The notation "Refereed Yes" means that the journal is peer reviewed. Basic description of the journal
