1.  New Bronco Cards are processed by noon of the next business day. If your Bronco Card is new, you need to wait for that time to pass.

2.  If your Bronco card is older, and it still does not let you in, then bring your card to Kim Allen, in the 4th Floor administration offices, between 8AM and 4PM Monday through Friday.
