EBSCO's Academic Search Premier is one of our most popular general purpose databases.  We used to subscribe to the Academic Search Elite database: Academic Search Premier has taken its place.

Since Academic Search Premier is one of our Databases, you can find it in our Databases Pages.  From the Library Home Page, click on Databases.
